Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

Our client is a successful innovative business who is currently looking for someone to join their accounts team.

A full time permanent position has become available for an Accounts Assistant.

The successful person will need to work under their own initiative, reporting to the company accountant.

You will be responsible for the following tasks;

- Sales ledger invoicing
- Purchase invoicing
- Purchase and sales ledger statements and reconciliation
- Bank reconciliations
- Manual cashbook
- Banking and petty cash

The ideal candidate will have had experience in an accounts department, preferably in an all round Accounts Assistant capacity. You will have IT experience in Excel, Word and Windows based software.
