Full Job Description

Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

Our client is a successful retail business who is currently relocating due to expansion. They are looking for someone to join their team in an all round Accounts Assistant capacity.

You will be responsible for the following tasks;

- Sales and Purchase ledger invoicing along with all relevant reconciliations
- Banking for the various outlets across the region
- All relevant accounts administration

The role potentially will go on to incorporate;

- Supplier BACS transfers
- Weekly payroll
- Cashbooks and all relevant reporting
- Credit control where required

The ideal candidate will have had experience in an accounts department, preferably in an all round Accounts Assistant capacity. This is the perfect opportunity for someone to grow with a constantly expanding business.
