Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

A new and exceptionally interesting position has become available working within this rapidly expanding and successful Chesterfield business.
Working as part of a team your main responsibilities will be to maintain a number of overheads that are pertinent to the business. These will include phone bills/utility bills/various leases (fleet, plant equipment etc.)

These overheads are already in place so this role is not about going out and agreeing new contracts/renewing existing ones. It is more about managing the financial aspects - asset maintenance, checking Purchase Ledger invoices are correct against contract agreements, querying discrepancies, cross checking invoices. Leases that are in place also need reviewing and maintaining - looking into when contracts/leases expire and the costs associated with them.

This is a pivotal role within the team which ultimately has partial responsibility for ensuring costs are kept to a minimum. It requires an individual who has already worked within contract management so has a solid grasp on what the duties outlined above actually require. Ideally you will also have had some working experience of leases - how they work and how to maintain them from a finance perspective.

You will have an inquisitive mind with the ability to look into detail; highlight and rectify discrepancies and liaising closely with the Finance Manager with your findings.
