Full Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Administration Assistant to join the expanding Legal Helpline team, based in the Insurance Lending and Recoveries Division in Sheffield.
The function of the role will be to support the team in all administrative tasks required for the helpline to operate efficiently. The main purpose of the role will be to assist with day to day administration tasks including the production of claim forms, handling incoming and outgoing post and preparing case papers for senior advisors.
You will have previous experience working within an administrative role or you will have worked within a call centre environment with some additional administrative functions. A professional and confident telephone manner is essential as you will undertake some telephone call handling duties as part of your role. You will have the ability to work to tight schedules and work under pressure. You will also have good organisational skills and be able to prioritise your workload.
Applicants should possess a good standard of education, to include GCSE/O levels in English and Maths at grade C or above.
