The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Credit Control Supervisor who has natural flair and leadership to take responsibility for a small team of credit controllers on a day to day basis. This role will be working for an established and successful business in Chesterfield who have big plans for business growth over the short to medium term.

On a daily basis you will report directly to the Credit Manager. This role will require you to not only lead, motivate and assist in the development of your team but also to have direct responsibility for your own given ledger of debtors.

This is a hands on role which will need you to have a not only a relevant credit control background but also you will have had supervisory duties for a significant period of time. You will enjoy being a leader within a team and will build trust and respect from your team easily. You will however be a strong character who will ensure that targets are achieved and ideally overachieved.

This role comes with a bonus and free parking.
