Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

Our client is a growing business based in Chesterfield who are looking for a temporary credit controller. This role will see you take up the challenge of looking after your own ledger and will you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Collection of debt via telephone, email and fax
- Identifying and resolving invoice queries, which involves liaison with national accounts and internal staff
- Requesting credit notes to correct invoicing errors
- Processing new accounts - inclusive of ensuring all relevant paperwork completed and running credit check
- Supporting the Credit Control Manager in building and developing a successful department
- Various general administration duties
