Full Job Description

Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of HR and Finance staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with HR backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.

Having recently launched our HR brand, Chase and Holland have been liaising with a number of clients who have highlighted needs over the coming months to source interim HR individuals for their teams in the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire/South Yorkshire marketplace.

We would therefore be keen to hear from those of you with proven HR backgrounds who would be interested in expanding your CV with challenging interim positions. Specific duties and responsibilities will vary from assignment to assignment - in general however the areas that you are likely to be involved in would include:

Recruitment
Appraisals/PRP's/Grievances
Monitoring of absence/sickness
Maintenance of HR databases
Letters of contract - starters/leavers
Supervision of HR teams

The length of contract will vary from business to business.
