Full Job Description
Irwin Mitchell Solicitors are looking for a number of New Claims Administrators to work in the Client Contact Unit within the Insurance, Lending and Recoveries Division.
As a New Claims Administrator, you will work 35 hours per week on a 7 day rotating shift pattern to cover 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm on Saturday and 10am – 4pm on Sunday. This includes Bank Holidays.
A significant part of the role is telephone based and involves making calls to new clients and receiving calls from new clients to guide them through the process of making a claim following a road traffic accident.
As you will be dealing with client enquires you will be expected to provide a high level of client care, have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
You will be working in a team environment and should, therefore, enjoy working with others and be prepared to play a full part in contributing to the success of the team.
The successful candidate will possess a good standard of education with GCSE/O levels to include English and Math’s at Grade C or above.
