Full Job Description
Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.
Our client is a successful innovative business that has gone from strength to strength. They are currently looking to recruit a permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk.
The role will incorporate:
- Processing purchase invoices
- Allocating purchase invoices on the computer system
- Investigating any relevant queries
- Reconciliation of purchase invoices
The role will potentially go onto incorporate:
- Inputting journal entries
- Payroll
- All other relevant accounts duties
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in purchase ledger or will have incorporated this function in a larger all round accounts role.
The successful candidate will be working for an exciting business that appreciates and develops their staff to their full potential. You will be working in a team of 5 and reporting to the company accountant. Training will be provided for their in house computer system.
You would be eligible for 22 days holiday (+ Stats), FREE parking and the option of joining the company pension scheme after the initial six month probation period.
