ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Consultant with this organisation you wil be offered the opportunity to manage your own desk overseeing all aspects of the recruitment process including.
 Selection, interviewing and qualification of candidates
 Business development and marketing of brand
 Sales activity including both telesales and conducting site visits
 Esuring all legislation is adheared to
 Eddective advertising and marketing of company and vacancies
 Proactive marketing of candidates to potential employers
 Meeting company targets

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Applications are welcomed from candidates with a absolute minimum of 6 Months recruitment experience gained within a agency setting. The suitable candidate will be career focused and determined with a proactive approach to business development and a positive outlook. A full driving licence is essential.
