We are currently seeking an experienced Industrial Recruitment consultant to join our branches in the Mansfield and Sheffield areas. .Zest Recruitment is one of the leading suppliers of temporary recruitment solutions to the logistics and Industrial sectors throughout the Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire areas. Initially established in Doncaster by two of the leading Driving Recruitment Consultants in the area we have successfully built a reputation for providing honest and reliable recruitment solutions to a range of clients. Our continued success has seen the opening of 2 additional branches within the last year based in Mansfield and Sheffield with further expansion planed in the forthcoming year

We would welcome applications from candidates who hold a minimum of 1 year’s recruitment experience gained within a temporary recruitment setting. Prior experience of the Industrial recruitment sector is preferred however this is not essential providing you hold a good knowledge of temporary recruitment processes and practices and have a genuine enthusiasm to build a successful careerr. You must be a proactive and self motivated individual who has the ability to work autonomously.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant, looking to join an organisation who truly value their staff offering excellent working conditions and realistic opportunities for career development and progression based on individual performance.

You will be offered the opportunity to work autonomously overseeing all aspects of your desk including:

* Candidate attraction
* Interviewing qualification and referencing of candidates
* Business development and sales activity both through telesales activity and conducting sales visits and presentations
* Effective marketing of Zest Recruitment
* Providing excellent levels of customer service ensuring client expectations are continuously exceeded.
* Effective management of driving staff ensuring staff loyalty and building mutually beneficial relationships
