Full Job Description
This role provides a great opportunity for someone wishing to take ownership of the full recruitment cycle process within a rapidly growing and successful small services organisation. This will be a highly regarded position within the organisation and will have direct contact and liaison with the Senior Management Team and Company Chairman
Responsibilities:
- To work closely with the Senior Management Team and to take responsibility for the development and implementation of appropriate recruitment strategies to meet business needs
- To develop cost effective sourcing strategies using appropriate channels
- To act as a consultant to the business by developing job specifications, training admin staff, writing advertisements, interviewing candidates and taking ownership of driving the progress of each vacancy and recruitment exercise
- To provide to senior management on interview process, technique and legal framework of interview
- To extract referrals from new starters and develop networks outside the business and utilise leads for direct head hunt
- To develop, source and exploit advertising options and use to best effect to ensure successful attraction of candidates in accordance with best practice
- To advise and implement a direct hiring strategy incorporating both print and internet advertising
- Follow company policy/best practice for data protection and equal opportunities legislation
- Develop resources within the organisation to their next stage of development
