Full Job Description

Due to continued expansion we are now recruiting for a further 3 staff in our retention department. The role would be to contact customers who have recently left the company and try to win them back as customers. The role is a cross between sales and service and involves talking to the customer and building up good rapport - understanding the reasons why the customer wished to cancel their services and then offering a more suitable product to the customers needs. This is a highly targeted role and applicants must have experience of a similar role. It is a high earning role and our high flyers earn well over 30K per annum.
