Full Job Description
Chase and Holland specialise in the recruitment of Finance and HR staff. The 2 founding Directors have over 15 years experience in specialist recruitment and have a team that have also worked within the industry. Our portfolio of clients varies from FTSE 100 organisations to small and medium sized enterprises. We are currently recruiting for a number of businesses that are looking for candidates with finance backgrounds who are seeking their next opportunity.
Our client is a successful leisure service provider who are currently looking for someone to join their team in a Sales Ledger/Credit Control coordinator role.
The role is split equally 50/50 between Sales Ledger and Credit Control.
The role will incorporate;
- Raising 500 sales invoices per month
- Invoices raised manually from a template
- Sending out end of month statements and reports
- Credit control via phone, letter, email and fax
- Reconciling the credit control ledger against the master report
- Dealing with corporate and business accounts
This role requires someone with sales ledger experience and excellent communication skills - credit control experience would be preferable but not essential.
The ideal candidate will have had exposure to an accounts role and be able to prioritise their workload in an organised fashion. You will be able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
